Brew with hot water

1.Boiled water and pour into the tea cups.  Let it cool till 70 - 80 C             (158 - 176F).

2.Put tea bag in the tea pot (1 or 2 bags) pour the tea cups of hot water back into the tea pot then wait for 60 seconds.

3.Pour the tea into the   cups until the last drop.

Brew with cold water

1.Pour 0.5 liter of water and 1 or 2 tea bags in to the cold brewing pot.

2.Keep in the refrigerator for more than 3 hours, stir as needed
